The reason is simple \u2014 the people. Our community is warm and welcoming, where neighbors care for neighbors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But not everyone can easily find their place. Loneliness exists in Franklin as it does in communities everywhere. And it impacts all ages, races and demographics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Franklin Connects has emerged from Find Hope Franklin, an effort championed by Mayor Ken Moore and a host of mental health and substance use experts and concerned citizens to erase the stigma of mental health in our community by providing resources and training.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through education and opportunities to connect, the goal of Franklin Connects is to reduce loneliness and increase belonging in our community.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Franklin is a wonderful community that often is found on lists of Best Places to Live, Best Places to Visit and more.
